Terms of Service

Welcome to Wruum ("we", "our", "us", or the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Wruum mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Wruum is a mobile car-spotting and digital collection application. The App enables users to:

• Photograph and identify real-world vehicles using camera scanning and machine learning recognition technology.
• Generate and mint digital collectible cards representing spotted vehicles.
• Organize vehicles in a digital Garage, track spotting statistics, unlock rank tiers, and discover vehicle specifications.
• Access premium collection features through a Wruum Pro subscription.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Wruum.
• Account Creation: Authentication is facilitated natively through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID credentials.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

3.1 Wruum Pro Subscriptions

Wruum offers auto-renewing subscription options that unlock unlimited garage slots, advanced vehicle analytics, and premium collectible customization.

3.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. User Content & Conduct Guidelines

• Safety First: Never operate the App or use camera scanning features while actively driving a motor vehicle. Only spot vehicles safely as a pedestrian or passenger.
• Respect Privacy: Do not photograph private residential driveways, minors, or personal identifying information.
• No Trespassing: Do not enter private property to photograph vehicles.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You may permanently delete your Wruum account at any time directly in the App (Profile > Settings > Delete Account). Deleting your account immediately purges all your uploaded vehicle photographs, cutouts, and spotting collection records from our cloud servers.
